Here’s an article on why multi-tasking can actually decrease your effectiveness. You might try this fellow’s technique of steadfastly only allowing yourself to do one thing at a time.

Thanks for the great comments. I update my blog on every Monday, but this was a special event that crossed my desk and I didn’t want to wait until the next blog .

Good points about website keywords and planning the content. We want our sites to be found by Google, but they still need to be (human) user-friendly.
